All our Truffles are bought at source, directly from the truffle hunters operating around our farm in Gambassi Terme, just a few km's away from the world's truffle auction hub of San Miniato, Tuscany.
Packaged by our farm and shipped by DHL in a temperature controlled environment, to arrive in Hong Kong within 36 hours from taken out of the ground. We ensure our truffles are the freshest available in Hong Kong.
Toscana I.G.T. 2019 Organic
Our own "Super Tuscan" Organic Wine 2019. 60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet. It's a romantic, deep ruby red with violet reflections together with a rich aroma influenced with notes red & black fruits. Sturdy, fruity, sapid, harmonious palette with a light tannic finish. Perfect for red meats, game, salted pork, aged cheeses and typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine.

Opening 2023
Our 11th Century tower & buildings are currently under renovation and scheduled to open in 2023. Our 22 acres organic farm continues to operate. We are just 2km outside of the thermal spa town of Gambassi, following the via Francigena as it passes through the middle of our vineyards.
If you continue walking our very scenic section of the via Francigena, then you will reach the famous medieval towers of San Gimignano in just over 2 hours, or a 20 minute countryside drive.
Nestled, very privately, in the rolling hills, we are also less than 1 hour's drive to all the major Tuscan cities; Florence, Pisa & Siena. All 7 of Tuscany's UNESCO world heritage sites are easily accessible day trips, in addition to many other nature or cultural activities in Tuscany, making us your perfect home away from home to relax, explore or enjoy a delicious glass of our wine, in our garden or next to the pool.
